1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is:
BeeVista Sp. z o.o.
ul. Skalista 6, 27-215 Wąchock, Poland
VAT (NIP): 6642156824, KRS: 0001143344, REGON: 540385890
Contact e-mail: kontakt@queenradar.pl
2. What data we collect and why
The queenradar.pl website is mostly static. We process personal data only in connection with the voluntary submission of material through the “Help improve QueenRadar” form:
- Uploaded files (comb photos and videos) — to train and improve the QueenRadar AI model.
- Optional description of the material — to properly categorize and describe the training data.
- Technical data — submission date and time, and the IP address stored in an irreversibly hashed form (we do not store the IP address in clear text) — for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Consent confirmation — the fact and moment of granting consent to process the material.
You may voluntarily include in the files or description data that constitutes personal data (e.g. a person visible in the background). Please do not submit personal data that is not necessary.
3. Legal basis and voluntariness
The basis for processing is the consent of the data subject — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Granting consent and submitting material is entirely voluntary. Using the QueenRadar mobile app does not require submitting any data.
You can withdraw consent at any time — yourself on the withdraw consent page (enter your submission ID and the uploaded material is permanently deleted), or by contacting kontakt@queenradar.pl. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Retention period
We keep submitted material for as long as needed to train and develop the QueenRadar model, no longer than until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ceases. After that, data is deleted or permanently anonymized.
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or share submitted material with third parties for marketing. Data may be entrusted only to trusted processors (e.g. server infrastructure providers) acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
7. No profiling of individuals
We do not make decisions about individuals based solely on automated processing, including profiling. Submitted material is used only to train a model that recognizes objects on a bee comb, not to assess people.
8. Mobile app
In free mode, the QueenRadar mobile app performs analysis entirely on the user’s device (on-device), offline. The camera image is not sent to our servers. The app requires no account. Payments and subscriptions in the Premium version are handled by Google Play under Google’s privacy policy.
9. Cookies
The queenradar.pl website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing. To remember your theme choice (light/dark) we use only the browser’s local storage (localStorage), which is not sent to the server.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. The current version is always available on this page together with the last-updated date.
