Material submission terms

1. General provisions
The service provider is BeeVista Sp. z o.o., ul. Skalista 6, 27-215 Wąchock, Poland, VAT (NIP) 6642156824, KRS 0001143344, REGON 540385890 (the “Provider”).
These terms govern the free submission by users of bee comb photos and videos (the “Material”) via the form available at queenradar.pl, for the purpose of training and developing the QueenRadar AI model.
2. Submission rules
- Submitting Material is voluntary and free of charge; no account is required.
- Accepted formats: images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC) and videos (MP4, MOV).
- The maximum size of a single file is 200 MB, and the number of files per submission is 20.
- Submission requires accepting the mandatory consent shown in the form.
3. User declarations
By submitting Material, the user declares that they:
- hold full rights to the submitted Material or are entitled to dispose of it within the scope of these terms,
- do not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright, personal rights or the law,
- where Material depicts the image of persons, hold the consents necessary for its use as described below.
4. License
By submitting Material, the user grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Material solely for training, validating and developing QueenRadar AI models and related research and development. The license includes the right to reproduce, process, crop, annotate and create training datasets based on the Material.
The Provider does not use submitted Material for marketing and does not publish it publicly in its original form.
5. Prohibited content
It is prohibited to submit Material that is: unlawful, infringing third-party rights, offensive or unrelated to beekeeping, as well as malicious software. The Provider may remove such Material without notice.
6. No remuneration
The user is not entitled to any remuneration for submitting Material and granting the license.
7. Liability
The Provider makes efforts to keep the service working correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the form. The Provider is not liable for the consequences of a user submitting Material in breach of these terms.
8. Contact and complaints
Questions, complaints and requests regarding submitted Material (including withdrawal of consent) can be sent to kontakt@queenradar.pl. We handle complaints within 30 days.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data in connection with submitting Material is described in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to the terms
The Provider may change these terms for important reasons. The current version is published on this page with the update date.
